• All payments must be completed before the start of services

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

• Late payments may delay service delivery

Results vary depending on competition, industry, and ad budget. We do not guarantee specific sales or growth numbers.

5️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content we create (graphics, captions, media) remains our property until full payment is made.

6️⃣ Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business and strategic data confidential.

7️⃣ Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is not received

• Policies or platform rules are violated

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Social media account restrictions or bans caused by client actions
